The car gets the “visor affect” with dark A-pillars that disappear into the windshield, channeling the 1984 Ferrari GTO. The pearl-ish paint is called Bianco Italia and is accented by the colors of the Italian flag. We’re wondering why it’s not a Union Jack.
The bodywork is a little different from the standard 458 Italia. It looks to have some 488 thrown in and maybe some Ford GT as well. Ferrari probably wouldn’t like us saying that, but it is a compliment. It gets new side air scoops as well, to adjust for the reworked tail, plus new wheels and light clusters.
The powertrain is straight out of the 458 Speciale, which means a 4.5-liter V8 with 597 hp and 398 lb-ft of torque. A seven-speed dual-clutch sends power rearward.
You probably won’t see it on the streets, unless you know this lucky British man. We’d like to think he’s called Oliver.
